The ranking system is getting a new name, and Charlotte has been dethroned The “former” Charlotte Carolina Ranking System received a new name over the past couple of months. It is now called the Chattanooga Tennessee Ranking System . In addition, the city of Charlotte has been dropped down to fifth place on the ranking system, with New Jersey being the third state instead of the second. April 2019 will, indeed, be a busy, academic & exciting month that I cannot wait to encounter.
