Best modern lifts you could film STILL ON THE MARKET TODAY

After filming multiples of most of these lifts last year, I have come forth to showcase some of the best modern lifts you could film.

OTIS HydroFit

When it comes to hydraulic lifts, the OTIS HydroFit is probably the best one to film, because, despite being just a plain old modern lift, just like the ThyssenKrupp Endura, it does have a LOT of character, especially the MRL one. Not only that, but the OTIS HydroFit has a super loud epic motor which sounds like a tank going up & a submarine going down. For starter lift enthusiasts, this would be the first lift you'd want to film & upload to your YouTube Channel, as it is bound to earn you a lot of views, a successful kickstart to a photography career based on lifts & a bunch of subscribers! NTM, this is the perfect lift for lift filmers who favor hydraulic lifts over traction ones.
  • EPIC hydraulic motor
  • Jolts to full speed & to leveling speed
  • Efficient leveling time
  • Convenient speed for hydraulic (half a meter per second)

OTIS Gen2

The OTIS Gen2 is a standard ordinary MRL traction lift by its visual appearance. But how about the way it runs? The way it runs makes the OTIS Gen2 so unique, characterful & epic in so many ways. If you're into MRL traction lifts, Gen2 is a good choice for filming because it has been known to bring a lot of viewers & subscribers. NTM, OTIS Gen2 is a big hit for live streams as a lot of viewers tend to like OTIS products.

The Gen2 has been in production since 2000 & has been a big hit for the lift filming community ever since it was first filmed. Atlanta is a prime example of a city literally packed with OTIS Gen2 lifts, as 10-15% of the buildings have a Gen2 lift.
  • 3.5 second A/D
  • INTELLIGENT LEVELING
  • Predoors
  • You're flying

OTIS Skyrise & Elevonic 411/R

How could I describe the OTIS Elevonic 411, R & Skyrise? It is a freaking ROCKET! I'm not even kidding when I say rocket! The little flybox could be described only shortly as a science-fiction based vertically transporting catapult capable of transporting 100 tons of projectiles for 400 meters of blind shaft at a speed of over 15 meters per second. Now this may be as close to exaggerating as I could go, but, I'm not gonna lie, I have had FIVE different experiences on OTIS Elevonic 411's (one was 411M) last year, along with watching more videos of them on YouTube! It literally takes only 25-30 seconds to travel over 55 floors! Compare that to a NYC Transel traveling the same speed & taking 50-55 seconds to go two thirds that!

Enough with the bragging, the OTIS Elevonic 411 & Sky-rise is a genuinely fast lift! It is also known for having some of the fastest A/D's of any other modern traction lift. If you want to fly while filming a lift, this is the closest you will get to flying on video. Not to mention this lift makes for successful livestreams as everyone enjoys a genuinely fast lift like this! There are many classes of the OTIS Elevonic 411 lift by age, each being unique by the way it runs.
  • Late 1980s model
    • Started 1989
    • VERY FAST A/D (almost as if freefalling on the way down)
    • EPIC Intelligent Leveling & predoors
    • Takes almost NO time to get to your floor; process is AUTOMATIC & the trip is known for being some of the fastest of the time period
    • Used either newer black buttons or Series 1 mark I or Vanity

    • EPIC MOTOR GENERATORS COULD BE HEARD FROM CAB
  • Early 1990s model
    • 1990-1994
    • Slightly slower but STILL FAST A/D (freefalling is not the word)
    • Semi-intelligent leveling
    • Takes little time to get to your floor & decelerates & levels VERY QUICKLY
    • Used either Series 1 mark I / II, 2 mark I / I, 3 or Pre-Series 4 buttons

    • Best to film
    • Destination dispatch (Compass/Compass+) is absolutely amazing & you must film them!
Schindler 400A/6400NA

For all you Schindler lovers, the first or next lift you want to film is a Schindler 400A / Schindler 6400NA. It accelerates very very quickly, has intelligent leveling & depending on how the motor is set up, the clunking brakes are amazing & loud! If you enjoy thrill at low speeds, this lift is perfect to film as it attracts a large group of viewers on livestreams & your YouTube videos.

Schindler 7000 & PORT / 500A & Miconic10

If you like high speed lifts, Schindler 7000 & PORT are your best FRIRNDS! These are perfect lifts to film as Schindler tractions have been known over the years to attract large YouTube crowds to your videos & your livestreams.

ThyssenKrupp Hydraulic/Endura

Words cannot describe the amazingness of TK hydraulic lifts. They are unlike any other hydraulic lift. They sometimes are so smooth you can't tell it's hydraulic unless you hear a roaring motor. The Endura is famous for its very loud & pristine-sounding motors & a lot of the lift community enjoys epic ThyssenKrupp motors. These are great first lifts to film.

ThyssenKrupp Momentum

ThyssenKrupp Momentums are known for their speed. Although they don't save as much time as OTIS Elevonic 411 & SkyRise high rise lifts, they are still ridiculously fast! If you tend to like genuinely high speed lifts, you SHOULD film a Momentum! They'll earn you lots of views & lots of subscribers! Most of your viewers for those videos are full-blown ThyssenKrupp lovers!

Found the source of the problems with my PC

I am proud to finally tell y’all that I believe I have found a definite source of the problems I have been experiencing with my Windows PC over the past few days. It was because of a faulty Windows 10 preview update which was affecting the Windows 10 Recovery Environment. Luckily, I have found a trustworthy program (free of malware) which I could use to debug errors in my PC at any time, minor or major. Luckily,  none of the problems I am experiencing with my PC right now are  anywhere close to what’s happened when I tried to fix windows PC’s in the past. I am still taking  every precaution possible to further decrease the chance of my Windows PC breaking down or crashing. As a matter of fact, my PC almost crashed  this morning , but luckily, I was able to hard-restart the PC to get it working again by holding the power button down for 15-20 seconds. Luckily,  none of the problems I am experiencing with my PC right now are  anywhere close to what’s h...

LIFT FILMING AGENDA UPDATE 1.25.2019 & WILL CHICAGO BE CROWNED THE NEW KING?

Chicago holds a high possibility of being crowned first place . What if I told you that Chicago has some rare and exotic lifts that you probably won’t find in many other places in the U.S.? That is an existence a lift filmer will be delighted with when they go to the city of Chicago. My four figures of reference were: WI Sirens and Elevators Elevators of Lake County CHI Elevators Windy City Elevators Because I have found so many outstanding Montgomery, Dover, SchindlerHaughton, Westinghouse and KONE lifts throughout the city of Chicago, it wouldn’t be sensible for me to write it all under one big blog post, because it would be a big waste of time for me to go into big, elaborate detail on what made each lift stand out. What I found on YouTube in terms of Chicago lifts Mitsubishi and Fujitec These lift filmers have walked around the city of Chicago filming some super nice lifts, and in the process of watching YouTube videos over the past few months, I have found that Ch...

QUICK RUNDOWN OF THE NORMAL BEHAVIOR OF A 700A

Tallest 700A’s I have been on Arguably, at 20 stories, these have been the tallest Schindler 700A’s I have EVER been on, and the first I’ve been on in a hotel. However, I have noticed some interesting characteristics of the Schindler 700A in mid to high rise applications. Epic lifts indeed To start off, these lifts had absolutely incredible acceleration, deceleration and leveling. They take off like rockets and travel at a mindblowing speed of 120 meters per minute, despite serving a travel distance of 55-60 meters. The deceleration is similar to the Schindler 700A’s at the Nordstrom store at the Mall at Short Hills, as it smoothly phases into its full deceleration mode. In terms of character, these lifts do tend to make a little bit of noise and shake on the way up and down the tower. Car 3 makes a very loud screeching noise as it accelerates towards level 17 going down, which I find to make the ride even more fun. These lifts were installed in 1993, which gives them even more 199...
