A/P update 2/11

Due to poor timing on my part, I accidentally forgot to include references to visual projected forecast graphs on our probabilities of going to Atlanta & Pittsburgh, but as of now, the verdict day for Pittsburgh is March 25 & the verdict day for Atlanta is July 1. We will be bringing Tropicana updates beginning June 3rd & there will be 4 update posts. Los Angeles is starting to enter the picture, but we will regard it as highly unlikely to almost impossible for now until new ideas are present.

Here are my favorite U.S. states to film lifts in order:

  1. North Carolina
  2. New Jersey
  3. California
  4. Florida
  5. Texas
  6. Connecticut

Atlanta

Although I anticipate a grand possibility of us not going to Atlanta this summer (it will be a grand disappointment if we don't go), there is still A chance that we might be going, but it's not looking too great at all.

So far, we have a 10 percent probability of going to Atlanta over the summer (2 percent probability of going to Charlotte as well, although I would be the most ecstatic person on the milky way galaxy RN if I found out we were DEFINITELY going to Charlotte, or ANYWHERE in North Carolina for that matter).

So far, for Atlanta, it's a matter of if we're going, NOT a matter of when! This applies for anywhere in the Charlotte Kingdom & entire states of parent cities are now included, allowing for thousands upon thousands of square miles of awesome lifts to be filmed & researched!

For the next 4 update posts, we will not see a probability going above 15 percent for Atlanta until more ideas are discussed, which are extremely unlikely.

Pittsburgh

Pittsburgh's projected forecast is entirely questionable. Any & all negatively contributing factors will be considered from now until the verdict day on March 25. As of now, there is a 33 percent chance that we will be going to Pittsburgh at any time during the week of March 30-April 8. That probability is staying at 33 percent as far as I am concerned until March 25, where the probability will either rise to 99 percent or drop down to 1 percent. No probability this year will go above 99 percent or below 1 percent.

Los Angeles

As of right now, Los Angeles has a one percent chance of happening & it will stay at one percent even after the grand Charlotte Kingdom updates are done for the first half of 2018. I doubt we're even considering the idea of thinking of going to LA this year & I am unsure if we would like to go on a 3,000 mile trip when I graduate high school.

Starting July 15, you will be receiving the Charlotte Kingdom updates for the second half of 2018. As of right now, almost all of New Jersey is in the Charlotte Kingdom, minus the lifts that have Monitor TR or EPCO SSL. Those lifts are not counted towards the Charlotte Kingdom.

Expansion of the Charlotte Kingdom

As of right now, almost all of New Jersey, is in the Charlotte Kingdom, minus the lifts that have Monitor TR or EPCO SSL.
  • The Charlotte Kingdom now includes ENTIRE STATES of parent cities. These include:
    • North Carolina
    • New Jersey
    • California
    • Florida
    • Texas
    • Connecticut
  • As of right now, Atlantic City will take the #12 spot of the Charlotte Kingdom & Secaucus will be moved to the #13 spot. The new order goes as follows:
    • Charlotte
    • Los Angeles
    • Houston
    • Fort Lauderdale
    • Miami
    • Atlanta
    • Pittsburgh
    • Milwaukee
    • Chicago
    • Hartford
    • New Haven
    • Atlantic City
    • Secaucus
New York State will always be 50TH place (the worst state to film lifts) until they modernize all the lifts that have Monitor & EPCO with MAD, Innovation or Dewhurst buttons. 1 out of every 9 buildings in New York STATE will have a lift with either Monitor TR or CRAPCO SSL, while 14 out of every 15 buildings in New York CITY will have a lift with either Monitor TR or CRAPCO SSL.

Why Schindler & KONE make the best traction lifts

Over the past 2 & a half years of filming lifts at different buildings all over the Eastern Seaboard, I have managed to film a handful of OTIS, Schindler, ThyssenKrupp & KONE traction lifts. Here is my assumption: Schindler & KONE make the best traction & MRL traction lifts of any of the 4 major lift brands. Of course, this could be based on personal bias, but it doesn’t go without knowledge that Schindler lifts, are in fact, more efficient time-based than let’s say, ThyssenKrupp lifts. Here are some things that I really love about Schindler & KONE traction lifts. Their fast acceleration / leveling It is no surprise that Schindler & KONE have some of the fastest average accelerating rates of any major lift brand. This is because Schindler & KONE have a perfect reference-tackle system, which is almost unbeatable by standards of other lift brands. One thing I have noticed when riding Schindler lifts is even at low speeds (200-400 FPM), you head feels like...

Found the source of the problems with my PC

I am proud to finally tell y’all that I believe I have found a definite source of the problems I have been experiencing with my Windows PC over the past few days. It was because of a faulty Windows 10 preview update which was affecting the Windows 10 Recovery Environment. Luckily, I have found a trustworthy program (free of malware) which I could use to debug errors in my PC at any time, minor or major. Luckily,  none of the problems I am experiencing with my PC right now are  anywhere close to what’s happened when I tried to fix windows PC’s in the past. I am still taking  every precaution possible to further decrease the chance of my Windows PC breaking down or crashing. As a matter of fact, my PC almost crashed  this morning , but luckily, I was able to hard-restart the PC to get it working again by holding the power button down for 15-20 seconds. Luckily,  none of the problems I am experiencing with my PC right now are  anywhere close to what’s h...

THE OTIS IN ANAHEIM

Before writing this report, let me quickly give you some background on the lifts and escalators that I have seen during my time at DisneyLand in Anaheim, California with my family. Brief Overview While I was at DisneyLand in Anaheim, I have encountered four sets of very tall MontgomeryKONE escalators, a set of two very fast MontgomeryKONE traction units (partially outdoor as the first landing had a rear door that opened on the outside of the building), this OTIS hydro here that I managed to ride and film & another OTIS hydro that I didn’t get to ride nor film. These lifts, regardless, were still very awesome lifts, but for now, I will be going into a description of this amazing lift. What made this lift so amazing? This particular lift is so amazing because it’s a full-blown commercial hydraulic lift installed fully outdoors , which is rather unusual for an outdoor lift. This alone made it amazing. Upon first glance, it looks like a pretty standard lift that you would typical...
