Rebranding Campaigns Rampant during Coronavirus Pandemic

Hey there folks, it’s ‘ya guy MagicalLift256 again, here today on the Clinton Township Lift Filming Journal with an impooooooooooortant announcement!!!

Intro

What a year it’s been. Oh, my! Between a chaotic election, tough semesters, a stressful and anxiety inducing summer, a global pandemic, the California wildfires & not being able to film lifts for months on end due to the malls being shuttered or operating at limited capacity, this year has been a wild ride indeed, but the chaos & craziness of 2020 wasn’t able to claim the future of my lift filming channel here at the MagicalLift256 Lift Filming Studio in Clinton, NJ. Oh, ‘ya guessed it! I’m going all-in on rebranding my YouTube Channel to the highest of standards & with that being said, let’s get more insight into the campaigns I have set in place.

Official Brand Vehicle

I am proud to say that I am a proud Toyota lover (naaaaaah but I still drive a Honda!! Aaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhh!!) & my channel will promote the enthusiasm towards Toyota vehicles, especially the 4RUNNER. In fact, the official brand vehicle is a Toyota 4RUNNER. This vehicle represents the adventurist lift filmer, one who doesn’t mind a bit of adventure to their journey on their mission to film the best lifts on the face of the planet. This SUV resembles more of a land mobile, as it goes anywhere there is land (except for, you know, water, otherwise it’d be called a 4SWIMMER!!). A picture of this vehicle can be found at the bottom of the main logo that I use as my profile picture, two of them on either side of the “Clinton Township Lifts” facing a 45-degree angle respective to the side of the logo.

Over the past few months, I have fallen in absolute vivid love with the Toyota 4Runner after my trip to LA back in December where we rented a Ford Expedition (oh, and a brand new one at that). Since that day, I have been looking & researching at different body-on-frame SUV’s built by different manufacturers & here are my top sticklers:

  1. Toyota 4RUNNER (Obviously #1 spot)

  2. Lexus GX 460 (A luxury Toyota 4RUNNER)

  3. Chevrolet Tahoe (This one is a super nice SUV & resembles Chevy’s approach to a 4Runner-like SUV, only it’s more boxy & more heavy-duty)

  4. GMC Yukon (Practically a nicer Tahoe, GMC’s approach to a 4Runner-like SUV)

  5. Ford Expedition (One of my treasure favorites, personal favorite from my California trip)

Colors

For the foreseeable future, the channel theme colors are subtle green, not vivid green. These colors are in place to promote a blend of naturalist & adventurist ideals, values & principles since Clinton Township is surrounded by trees & lush green grass.

Fonts

MagicalLift256 promotes a diverse array of typesets for the MagicalLift256 brand. I recognize that not all fonts are compatible with all platforms that I use to manage my channel, so multiple theme fonts are used, header fonts are sans-serif while body fonts are serif.

Font Schemes:

Header Font Scheme:

  1. Public Sans

  2. Libre Franklin

  3. Inter

  4. Space Grotesk

  5. Chivo

  6. System Sans-Serif Font

Body Font Scheme:

  1. Crimson Pro

  2. Crimson Text

  3. Spectral

  4. Source Serif Pro

  5. Garamond

  6. System Serif Font

These will be the font schemes for the foreseeable future. These fonts will be used in this order where compatible.

Why Schindler & KONE make the best traction lifts

Over the past 2 & a half years of filming lifts at different buildings all over the Eastern Seaboard, I have managed to film a handful of OTIS, Schindler, ThyssenKrupp & KONE traction lifts. Here is my assumption: Schindler & KONE make the best traction & MRL traction lifts of any of the 4 major lift brands. Of course, this could be based on personal bias, but it doesn’t go without knowledge that Schindler lifts, are in fact, more efficient time-based than let’s say, ThyssenKrupp lifts. Here are some things that I really love about Schindler & KONE traction lifts. Their fast acceleration / leveling It is no surprise that Schindler & KONE have some of the fastest average accelerating rates of any major lift brand. This is because Schindler & KONE have a perfect reference-tackle system, which is almost unbeatable by standards of other lift brands. One thing I have noticed when riding Schindler lifts is even at low speeds (200-400 FPM), you head feels like...

THE OTIS IN ANAHEIM

Before writing this report, let me quickly give you some background on the lifts and escalators that I have seen during my time at DisneyLand in Anaheim, California with my family. Brief Overview While I was at DisneyLand in Anaheim, I have encountered four sets of very tall MontgomeryKONE escalators, a set of two very fast MontgomeryKONE traction units (partially outdoor as the first landing had a rear door that opened on the outside of the building), this OTIS hydro here that I managed to ride and film & another OTIS hydro that I didn’t get to ride nor film. These lifts, regardless, were still very awesome lifts, but for now, I will be going into a description of this amazing lift. What made this lift so amazing? This particular lift is so amazing because it’s a full-blown commercial hydraulic lift installed fully outdoors , which is rather unusual for an outdoor lift. This alone made it amazing. Upon first glance, it looks like a pretty standard lift that you would typical...

Click ‘classic form’ , not ‘card form’ . Change the form name from ‘form’ to ‘{Your YouTube Channel Username} Lift Character Report’ . On the left-hand side, click ‘Add Form Element’ , hit ‘Widgets’ and type in ‘Slider’ in the search bar.  Drag ‘Sliders with Calculated Result’ onto the form field. A sidebar will pop up to the right. Click directly on the element first & replace ‘Sliders with calculated result’ with your desired title. Delete all of the contents in the ‘Configuration’ field and follow the next set of instructions. In the ‘Configuration’ box, the first line of each slider represents the name of the slider, in this example, the name is ‘Fixtures’ . You can have as many sliders as you want ...
